Solidwood Modular Kitchen

Material specification

Modular kitchen cabinets are manufactured by plywood which is boiling water resistant/proof. It has got better life and durability. Our cabinets are both side laminated with all side edge banding. Shutters are made of laminates/acrylic/glass/solidwood as per customers requirement. Manufacturing process will be factory made hence it has better life and uniform finish Total product goes prefinished as per approved design. hence, installation is easier and faster.

We have:- ▪ rubber wood  ▪ –pine wood ▪ –teak wood Cabinets are made of plywood which are laminated all side and shutter are made of solid wood.

PINE WOOD

Pine wood is the solid wood which is very selectively used as it is very light material but has very prominent grains hence gives better finish. These can be used as kitchen or crockery shutter. These are ornamental wood which can be used as decorative beams or wall panels. 

Rubber wood

Rubber wood is the hard wood which is very commonly used as kitchen shutter or furniture. These are treated and seasoned hence easy maintain and has greater life.

 

Teak wood

  • Teak wood is considered as premium hard wood which are almost used everywhere in the house.

Acrylic has very high gloss finish and it is for superior as compared to laminates. These are wide range of colours available. These are also scratch resistant hence gives better life and lower maintenance

 

Lacquered glass

Our range of kitchen shutters have wide range of vibrant colours. 

 • Total thickness of kitchen shutter is 18mm of which 16mm is High density fiber wood along with 3 to 4mm toughened glass which are shatter proof with 45° chamfer all side which avoids sharp edges and increase esthetic along with durability.  

• All shutters have safety backing film which avoids any moist or dampness hence gives long life to the product. 

 • Laquered shutters have very high gloss which makes un comparable to any other product also as it is un breakable hence it is very safe to use. 

 • Glass kitchens can be used like any other kitchen manufactured with wood or any other regular product.

The different layouts of kitchens are as follows:

Straight kitchen

  • This type is suited for apartments. It occupies one side of the wall and provides optimum efficiency. However, this type does not provide adequate storage space.

Parallel kitchen

  • There will be two platforms adjacent to the wall and parallel to each other.
  • It gives perfect efficiency. It is suited for medium to large sized kitchen. The only drawback is since the space is narrow it is easily crowded

L shape kitchen

  • L shape is most popular type compared to others. The platform works on two perpendicular side. It can be given in any kitchen size

U shape kitchen

  • The platform runs through 3 walls forming u shape. It has got many cabinet’s, drawers and wall cabinets. So, it gives maximum storage. It is best suited for bungalows

  •  DETERGENT RACK – This can hold detergents – hand wash and other cleaning agents, which can keep your kitchen clean.
  •  DISH RACK –  These are placed above sink in the wall cabinet which has storage for plates / tumblers / bowls.  This also has a drip tray which collects water from wet utensils
